Generation of human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines (UUMCBi001-A, UUMCBi002-A) from two healthy donors

Availability of numerous high-quality iPSC lines is needed to overcome donor-associated variability caused by genetic background effects. We generated two human from dermal fibroblasts healthy females using Sendai virus reprogramming. Quality assessment the confirmed expression pluripotency markers, trilineage differentiation capacity and absence exogenous reprogramming factors. Both were genetically stable with a genotype that matched fibroblast donors. These add available reference as resource for disease modeling polygenic multifactorial diseases, evaluation protocols toxicology screening.
